Jessica is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. She is a firm believer that when you change one part of a system, the other parts start to shift too. She has experienced and witnessed the profound change both hypnosis and breathwork can have on people’s lives.

Trained as an opera singer, using the breath to foster wellness was a natural choice. The Buteyko breathing method is designed to retrain and improve functional nasal breathing that is light, regular, and effortless. This method of breathing is helpful for anyone suffering from dysfunctional breathing issues, such as asthma, rhinitis, stress, dental health, craniofacial development, sleep dysfunction, insomnia, snoring, central sleep apnea, obstructive sleep apnea or anyone who wants to just feel better.

Breathing well improves focus, reduces stress, and improves overall health and wellness. When your body and mind are in balance some amazing things can happen.

Practicing hypnosis changes a person’s perspective, opening their eyes and allowing them to look at life and its endless possibilities with curiosity instead of judgment.
